What this policy covers

This policy covers personal data we collect when you visit www.growth.pro, submit one of our forms (the audit request form and the contact form), or otherwise communicate with us. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.

The personal data we collect

Information you give us. When you request an audit or contact us, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, work email address, company, role, phone number, indicative budget tier, and anything you write in a message field.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or source that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and analytics below).

Hosting records. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and request metadata, for security and operational purposes.

How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• respond to your audit request or enquiry and follow up on it;
• provide, operate, and improve our services and this website;
• communicate with you about engagements, proposals, and, where you have agreed, relevant updates;
• maintain our business records and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent for these purposes. Where you provide another person's details, you confirm you may share them with us for these purposes.

Direct marketing

We will only send you marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at alvin@growth.pro or using the unsubscribe option in any marketing email.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and to understand how it is used. This includes Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which help us measure traffic and improve content. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, and only as needed for them to provide their service. These currently include:

• our hosting and infrastructure provider, Vercel;
• Google, for tag management, analytics, and web fonts;
• Formspree, which processes the submissions from our website forms.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Some of our service providers process data on servers outside Malaysia, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside Malaysia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in line with this policy and applicable law.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law. For enquiry and audit-request data, we keep it until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, after which we delete or anonymise it, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

Keeping your data secure

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may:

• request access to the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• withdraw your consent to our processing, including for direct marketing;
• ask us to limit the processing of your data for direct marketing.

To exercise any of these, contact us at alvin@growth.pro. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Department (Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi) of Malaysia.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown at the top.
