Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree.

Min 3-5 years experience with accounting or equivalent background. Meticulous and ability to prioritise works under tight timelines with minimum supervision.

Posses good analytical and communication skills. Familiar with AutoCount will be an advantage.

Primary functions:

  • Provide full Finance and Accounting spectrum.
  • Perform daily office general clerical duties.
  • Update clients & invoices from vendors to system. Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized Autocount accounting system.
  • Arrange month end payment for account due
  • Manage day to day accounting operations activities such as processing transactions, updating ledgers, budgets and etc.
  • Prepare, maintain and analyse monthly and yearly financial statements, files and records in a timely and accurate manner and comply with reporting and applicable accounting standards.
  • Responsible for submission of WithHolding Tax and SST.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as banks, government agencies and others for matter related to Finance and Accounts.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager from time being.
  • Help generate monthly SEO performance reports for clients (Training will be provided)
  • Prepare Sales Report
