01The starting point

The brand's search performance looked stable and its conversions were healthy, but its presence in AI-driven discovery was effectively invisible. It wanted a dependable read on its standing in AI answers: how often it was named when buyers asked, how often it was cited, and where it sat against its competitive set.

Being named in more than four of five answers is strong mention coverage, and topping the set on share of voice shows the brand was not just present but preferred among those named. Citation, at 37 percent, is the ground to compound next, and Recommendation follows as the citation record deepens. The brand moved from uncertain standing to category-leading presence in its answers.
