Content marketing is a major channel to generate leads for SAAS companies and if combined with SEO strategies, it can be extremely effective.
SEO-structured content plays a big role for this strategy as the created content is not only good for the search engines’ (SE) algorithm but also for actual human consumption.
If the content is carefully researched and created to match searchers’ intent, and it has good monthly search volumes, then the engagement rate will be high.
SE’s algorithms love highly-engaging content, with proper context and long dwell times. It is also important to have strong and multiple social signals (traffic coming from many social media sites) to it as this is also a major ranking factor.
